We at the Research Clinic Centre ensure that privacy policies are observed in both research and academic writing. We ensure that data and sensitive information are handled ethically and legally.

  

Informed Consent: Before clients share their data, the Research Clinic Centre acknowledges their freedom and independence to understand and choose what happens to their data. A consent form, either orally or in writing, will be drawn between the Research Clinic Centre and our clients before their data is shared.  


Anonymity and Confidentiality: The Research Clinic Centre will maintain the anonymity and confidentiality identifiers of our client’s data. On sensitive topics or using confidential information, agreements in writing will be drawn to protect the data identifiers of those involved.   


Data Security Integrity: Our clients’ data will be stored securely using encryptions, secure servers, and access controls put in place to protect data. We ensure that the data presented is accurate and unaltered, and manipulation of data or our client’s data is strictly prohibited.   


Data Access and Sharing: Only authorized Research Clinic Centre personnel will have access to our client’s data. Sharing data with a third party will require our client’s consent and adherence to legal and ethical guidelines.


Transparency: Our clients are informed of their rights and any breaches of our client’s rights will be promptly communicated.


Plagiarism Prevention: At the Research Clinic Centre, we ensure that all sources of information are properly cited and that original work is properly credited and well referenced in accordance with the provided academic style of in-text citation and referencing.


Peer Review Confidentiality: At the Research Clinic Centre, we have an obligation to preserve confidentiality during and after the review process of your manuscript/thesis/dissertation.
